Your beach holiday starts with a simple enquiry.
Tell us your preferred dates and number of guests. We’ll reply with availability, the total direct booking price and booking conditions.
An enquiry is not a reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after our confirmation and payment of the required deposit.

Different minimum stays may apply during Christmas, New Year and other high-demand periods.
Shorter stays may occasionally be possible depending on availability.
Arrival & house rules
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
- Check-in: from 16:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
- Contactless self check-in is available
- Free parking is available around the building; reservation is not required
- Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included
- Free WiFi is included
- Normal use of air conditioning and heating is included
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment
- Parties and events are not allowed
- Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00
Payment & cancellation
A 30% deposit is normally required to confirm a direct booking.
The remaining balance is normally due no later than 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount may be required at the time of booking.
The exact payment and cancellation conditions will always be confirmed before any payment is requested.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions may depend on the season, length of stay and booking dates.
