At Sandy Beach Apartment, we want our pricing to be clear and easy to understand.
Our direct booking rates include:
- Final cleaning
- Bed linen
- Towels
- Free WiFi
- Normal water and electricity use
- Use of the shared swimming pool
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Washing machine and dishwasher
There is no hidden cleaning fee.
Tourist tax, when applicable, may be charged separately according to local regulations.

Extra guests
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests.
Rates are based on 2 guests.

Babies under 2 years old can stay free of charge when no extra bed linen is required.
Minimum stay
To keep the final cleaning included and avoid hidden fees, minimum stays apply.

Payment and booking conditions
To confirm a booking, a deposit may be required.
The remaining balance is normally due before arrival or according to the booking conditions agreed at the time of reservation.
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the season, length of stay and booking period.
Full booking conditions will always be confirmed before payment.
Good to know
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
- Final cleaning is included for normal holiday use
- Guests are kindly asked to leave the apartment in reasonable condition
- Dishes should be washed before departure
- Rubbish should be removed before check-out
- Excessive dirt, stains, damage or abnormal cleaning may be charged separately
- Pets are not allowed
- The apartment is non-smoking
Air conditioning
Air conditioning is planned as a future upgrade.
Once installed, air conditioning and heating will be included in the rental price for normal use.
